We are a professional full service landscape company that provides excellence in customer service and ongoing beautification of your landscaped areas including mowing, weeding, turf management; tree and shrubbery management and pest control and weed management. We also manage your operational irrigation systems to ensure that your property is thriving and beautiful.  Our employees are experienced, in uniform, and strive to represent CM Services and your property in the most professional manner.

We have installed and maintained many of the area’s premiere properties including custom homes in Clifts Cove, The Reserve, Edgewater and Kelly Plantation in Madison, AL and Bridge Street Town Centre, The Westin Hotel, Bill Penney Toyota, Highland Lakes, Hampton Cove, The Ledges and Walden’s Mountain in Huntsville, AL.

BED MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

• Trimming of all landscape shrubbery in flower bed areas as needed
• Fertilization of shrubbery as needed
• Treatment of shrubbery with two Orthene-based insecticide/fungicide treatments to be applied early in the spring and again in the summer
• Treatment of shrubbery for Japanese beetles with one application of liquid Sevin
• Removal of any debris, trash, or weeds from flower bed areas
• Application of pre-emergent (weed preventative) every four months
• Extended warranty on all shrubbery and trees on properties with working irrigation systems
• Or as requested behind each scheduled listing (i.e. spring and fall, every 4 weeks etc.)
