BED MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

• Trimming of all landscape shrubbery in flower bed areas as needed

• Treatment of shrubbery with insecticide, fungicide, or miticide as needed
• Removal of any debris, trash, or weeds from flower bed areas
• Application of pre-emergent (weed preventative) every four months
• Extended warranty on all shrubbery and trees on properties with working irrigation systems

• Re-mulching package twice a year in spring and fall
• Re-mulch once a year
